**Manager, Product and Marketing, International Card Services, Singapore**

**Overview:**
We are seeking a strategic, and results-driven professional to lead product management and marketing initiatives.

This role focuses on delivering innovative products and compelling marketing strategies while building high-value partnerships that create sought-after propositions for customers.

The ideal candidate is committed to quality and timelines, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and believes success comes through effort, integrity, and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Product Management**
+ Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and feature enhancements to achieve revenue and market share growth.
+ Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for product innovation.
+ Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational efficiency.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product launches and enhancements on time and within budget.
+ Monitor product performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
+ Own P&L responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
**Marketing & Campaigns**
+ Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support product objectives.
+ Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including creative development and performance tracking.
+ Provide regular reporting on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
**Events & Partnerships**
+ Identify and execute event opportunities aligned with product positioning and customer engagement goals.
+ Develop compelling and relevant value propositions in collaboration with key partners to enhance customer experience and drive acquisition.
+ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, merchants, and service providers for co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.
+ Ensure events and partnerships deliver measurable impact and align with brand governance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in product management and marketing with proven success in driving growth.
+ Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
