Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, and results-driven professional to lead product management and marketing initiatives.
This role focuses on delivering innovative products and compelling marketing strategies while building high-value partnerships that create sought-after propositions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and feature enhancements to achieve revenue and market share growth.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for product innovation.Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product launches and enhancements on time and within budget.Monitor product performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Own P&L responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.Marketing & Campaigns
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support product objectives.Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including creative development and performance tracking.Provide regular reporting on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations to senior management.Events & Partnerships
Identify and execute event opportunities aligned with product positioning and customer engagement goals.Develop compelling and relevant value propositions in collaboration with key partners to enhance customer experience and drive acquisition.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, merchants, and service providers for co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.Ensure events and partnerships deliver measurable impact and align with brand governance.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in product management and marketing with proven success in driving growth.Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement strategies.Required Skills & Attributes:
