As part of CAE, Marketing Services helps our customers acquire, engage, and retain customers with end-to-end digital marketing services differentiated by our global marketing expertise and track record, data and technology advantage, global network of preferred partners, and Mastercard brand assets.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to lead the evolution and scaling of our Marketing Services products and capabilities across the Asia Pacific.
This role will be instrumental in enhancing our go-to-market strategies by driving innovative solutions, scaling performance-focused commercial models, leveraging marketing effectiveness data and insights to power growth, and ensuring delivery excellence across our suite of products and services.
This role reports to the Vice President, Commercialization and Marketing Services, Asia Pacific.
Role
Support the development and execution of the Marketing Services product strategy focusing on initiatives that drive scale and recurring revenue.
Work with teams across Global Marketing Services, Regional Sales and Delivery to apply pricing models that reflect the value we deliver to clients.
You'll help tailor these models to fit the Asia Pacific market.
Enable the commercialization of our marketing performance insights and leverage their impact to generate more business.
You'll help turn data into insights that improve future marketing engagements and show the value we bring.
Support Delivery Excellence working with our marketing consultants across the region by ensuring they have the right engagement frameworks, training, and processes to deliver consistently high value outputs and outcomes.
You'll help them generate quality work for our customers that aligns with our product value propositions.
Drive the development of new marketing solutions and strengthen our partner ecosystem by engaging with organizations that bring unique capabilities, insights, or technologies that complement and elevate our offerings..
Partner with our business insights and consulting teams to make sure our advisory services support broader marketing goals and help unlock new opportunities.

You possess strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to uncover insights and inform decisions.
You are familiar with marketing technology platforms such as CRM, CDP, or marketing automation, and understand key data concepts, KPIs, and metrics relevant to marketing services and customer engagement.
You are a strong communicator with excellent narrative building, presentation design, and speaking skills, able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling product stories.
You demonstrate business acumen, connecting customer needs with strategic goals and commercial outcomes.
