Our Singapore office is now seeking a Manager, Regional Group Marketing to join our growing team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Group Marketing Manager will lead regional marketing initiatives, aligning corporate branding with digital and social media strategies to support the company's business objectives.
This role is responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing plans, managing budgets, and measuring campaign performance.
Working closely with HQ and regional teams, the Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to build brand presence, deliver impactful campaigns, and support events and programs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in managing multiple projects and turning marketing strategies into measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Corporate Branding – Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company's brand identity, ensuring alignment with corporate values, business goals, and customer expectations
- Marketing Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth; collaborate with sales teams and distribution partners to align on regional business goals
- Digital Marketing & Innovation – Lead digital initiatives including SEO, paid search, and social media, while leveraging new technologies and platforms to maximize reach and impact
- Content Creation – Produce compelling marketing materials, presentations, and digital content that clearly communicate product value and company vision
- Performance Analysis – Track and analyze campaign results using analytics tools, measuring ROI and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Trend Monitoring – Stay ahead of industry and digital marketing trends to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role
- Proven track record in digital marketing, branding, and integrated campaign management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media management, and content marketing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Regional experience in Southeast Asia and familiarity with multicultural environments will be highly valued
