Manager / Senior Manager, Business Analyst, Digital Transformation, Innovation & Data Division
The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in leading departmental initiatives, managing programmes, and driving innovation within the DTID division.
This role requires strong functional expertise, effective stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to delivering results that contribute meaningfully to divisional and organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead team members in implementing departmental initiatives and strategic plans.
Deliver outcomes that have a measurable impact on the division and organisation.
Apply functional knowledge to support decision‐making and problem‐solving.
Organise divisional events, workshops, and engagements that support strategic objectives.
Manage and oversee programmes and services to ensure successful delivery.
Act as a steward of innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align projects with organisational priorities.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
A professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is advantageous.
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
Proven track record in leading departmental initiatives and managing cross‐functional teams.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and delivering projects with measurable organisational impact.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN, Agile, Design Thinking) and digital adoption strategies is preferred.
Experience in enabling AI adoption in organisations is advantageous.
