What you will be working on

ActiveSG aims to be the national movement for sport with an aspiration to be the largest sports club in Singapore, thus it is critical for us to understand and deliver the strategy both to attract members to come on board and to retain them.

V2030R seeks to bring Sport as Strategy to bear through a strategy of partnerships to grow mindshare, thus the ability to grow collaborations is a key success factor.
Role and Responsibilities:
• To identify and engage internal and external stakeholders in the effective delivery of the customer engagement roadmap.
• To acquire required knowledge and understanding of the operating model of the Sport Centre, the technology systems that support the operations as well as our programme and products offering to synergise the deliverables and outcomes.
• To execute the customer engagement implementation plan within the established timelines and delivery milestones.
• To conduct regular engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
• To curate and deliver events/projects with sports centres to drive the narrative of sport as a strategy.
• To explore and design innovative events/projects through sports, lifestyle activities etc with like-minded organisations to grow mindshare.
• To implement membership recruitment strategies for both individual and corporates.
• To brainstorm the development of segment outreach strategies and action plans.
• To gain segment specific insights and provide feedback to adjust engagement strategies for maximum results and impact.
• To learn and execute the new MyActiveSG+ platform coupled with providing feedback to the team for continual improvement to the system.
• To work with stakeholders for the development of the self-serve corporate portal.
• To participate in the design and implementation of the retention and reward strategies for individual and corporate members.
• To identify and engage partners with customised proposals that will achieve win-win for both parties.
• Be updated on product offerings.
• Identify and deliver suitable segment specific product offerings.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community.

This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
• A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar field
• Preferably 6 years of management experience and working with vendors
• Experience in membership recruitment and experience, customer experience design will be advantageous
• Good project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent team player
• An eye for details
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Outgoing and enjoy playing sports
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records.

Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance.
