As a Manager/Senior Manager Digitalization - Distribution Data Strategy, Insights & Automation, you'll be the data expert who designs and coordinates all data-related initiatives across our global distribution ecosystem.
You'll be responsible for getting automated data pipelines build, managing the global DOM reporting landscape, and establishing seamless data exchange with distributors.
You will serve as the technical translator between business stakeholders and data engineering teams, ensuring all distribution data flows efficiently and automatically.
In your new role you will:
Design and implement
(with IT support)
an automated distribution data strategy
integrating all data sources and systems.
Gather data requirements
from business stakeholders and regional teams, translating them into clear technical specifications for data engineering and IT.
Lead the automation of global reporting and dashboards , overseeing the creation of advanced Tableau visualisations and scalable reporting solutions.
Manage complex data integration projects
and serve as the liaison for distributor partnerships, overseeing automated data exchange, integration protocols, and ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.
Collaborate with data architects and engineers to
automate data pipelines , enable seamless cross-system integration, and optimize data warehouse operations.
Facilitate workshops and technical sessions
with cross-functional stakeholders to align data architecture and reporting solutions with business goals.
You describe yourself as a strategic thinker who connects business needs with data-driven solutions.
With a strong ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships, you excel at uncovering insights and driving initiatives that optimize business processes and decision-making.
You are passionate about simplifying complex challenges, enabling automation, and delivering scalable solutions that create tangible business value.
Furthermore, you understand how to leverage data as a strategic asset while fostering trust and respect with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Hold a degree in
Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics,
or a related technical field focused on data or process management.
Have
5-10 years'
experience in semiconductor or B2B technical distribution, with deep knowledge of distribution data and processes.
Demonstrate experience capturing business data requirements and translating them into actionable insights and technical specifications.
Are skilled in
data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
to design dashboards, effectively steer the technical teams and support decision-making.
Have
managed cross-functional data or digital product projects , coordinating internal and external teams ideally with a focus on data integration.
Have a proven track record of implementing automated reporting and driving data-driven strategies for process improvement.
Possess strong project management and communication (in English) skills, able to convey complex data and tool strategies to diverse audiences (i.e., technical and non-technical) and foster collaboration.
