Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and retention, employee compensation and benefits management, training & development, staff engagement activities, employment contract matters, work pass processes and employee relations/welfare etc.
- Provide HR Business partnering support to the various Business Leaders
- Handle the full cycle of employee life cycle including onboarding, application, renewals and cancellation of work pass and offboarding
- Take lead in compensation and benefits strategy and matters
- Administer payroll processing on bi-monthly basis
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or any related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with experience in Compensation and Benefits function and in healthcare/ community care industries would have added advantages
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Dynamic, meticulous, hands-on and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
