Manager / Senior Manager, Tech-Biz Development, Digital Services and Solutions, I&E
Interact with various stakeholders across A*STAR to drive industry engagement strategies in alignment with national's agenda for impact and value creation.
To seed and cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key accounts to anchor R&D collaborations and developing licensing potential to translate A*STAR;s IPs into practical applications for deployment.
To oversees the execution of projects and to resolve issues promptly to achieve the desired deliverables.
To identify relevant digital technologies for commercialisation through formation of deep-tech startups.
Develop good understanding of A*STAR's policies, processes, and scientific capabilities to drive effective collaboration framework, and to lead in contract negotiation, where appropriate.
To be familiar with various funding schemes and work closely with researchers and other I&E units to develop/evaluate project proposals towards value capture and impact.
Able to manage complex situations and show ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
Establish cordial relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and achieve assigned key performance targets.
To organise visits/events, staffing duties, oversea trips planning and management reporting.

Job Requirements
Master degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Computing, Data Science, Infocom or Cybersecurity
At least 5 years of industry experience in business development, enterprise sales, software development or technology planning.
Experience and knowledge of ICT/FinTech or technology commercialisation will be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in key account management
Analytical mindset and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
