We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our service and solutions sales growth across electronic security systems, public address systems, and homeland equipment.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in tender management, client acquisition, and consultant engagement, particularly within the security, infrastructure, and public safety sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the security and public safety domains.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals and project quotations, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization and handover.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, and end clients.
- Oversee sales forecasting, revenue tracking, and pipeline management for management reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on project delivery and client requirements.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and brand positioning.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10 years of sales experience, within the security systems or homeland industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in regional or multi-country markets.
- Strong network and influence with M&E consultants and key industry stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of security, ELV, and public safety solutions and related industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive organizational growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Regional experience across Asia-Pacific is a plus.
