About the Role
To capitalize on the significant opportunities in the APAC market, we're seeking a Solution Consulting Manager to lead our Workday Adaptive Planning pre-sales team.
This leader will be an independent self-starter with a deep understanding of the office of the CFO, and will be a strategic business partner to the regional sales organization.
You will personally contribute to the business by:
Leading a high-performing team of solution consultants in a fast-paced environment.
Serving as a trusted business partner to the Workday sales and professional services organizations, helping to shape and execute our regional go-to-market strategy.
Innovating our approach to sales engagements, focusing on the strategic value of connected planning, and executive-level storytelling.
Ensuring excellence in deal support, demand management, and team skills enhancement.
Personally leading critical, complex customer engagements, marketing events and serving as a key executive presence in high-stakes conversations.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience managing or leading a team.
Minimum 6 years domain specific experience
Experience presenting domain specific solutions in front of a technical and business audience.
Experience engaging with the office of the CFO.
