Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Engage business stakeholders to identify and propose new systems and enhancements that meet strategic and operational needs.
Act as a Finance business partner for new business requirements, managing the SAP systems project portfolio.
Conduct requirements gathering and analysis; document business requirements, and configure systems as needed.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing while coordinating resources, stakeholders, schedules, costs and risks.
Plan and coordinate end‐user testing and training for enhancements or implementations.
Provide status reporting and present project updates to project stakeholders, including senior management.
Participate in data analytics initiatives, leveraging Finance system data for insights and advising on data extraction, governance and security.
Oversee the closure of Finance‐related tickets by monitoring Level 2 support vendors.
Facilitate access‐rights requests and reviews for Finance modules.
Participate in disaster recovery exercises, audits and related business‐as‐usual activities.
Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Accountancy with a background in Computer Science/IT.
At least 3 full cycles of SAP implementation experience in SAP FICO modules, especially the Controlling module, with knowledge of integration to Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Production Planning.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting IT systems of large Finance departments and/or in Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Consolidation systems.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.
Strong influence and leadership skills across diverse stakeholders and vendors.
Proven track record in project management, user and vendor management.
Excellent business requirement analytical skills and verbal and written communication abilities for presenting IT solutions to both technical and non‐technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Adaptability in fast‐changing environments.
Open‐mindedness and the capability to perform configurations and setups when required.
