Role Responsibilities:

As a Manager, UI/UX Digital, you will lead in designs conceptualization and facilitate the testing of intuitive users’ experiences to enable world-class user experiences in accordance with relevant design standards, guidelines and processes.

  • You will establish, build and nurture collaborative customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communications, negotiation and issue management.

  • We’ll look to you to ensure that the UI/UX projects deliveries are met.

  • You will lead the development of design concepts and identify audiences, create sitemaps, prototypes, customer journey maps, wireframes and provide technical advice.

  • You will lead the design and development of design concepts models based on user needs to meet business requirements and deliver business objectives.

  • You will be able to meet tight deadlines and stakeholder objectives thru prototyping and mock-ups before proposing high fidelity designs

  • You will plan and iterate designs and tests with customers while also contributing to strategies and tools to drive project improvement and meet customer expectations.

  • You will apply best industry practice standards and guidelines to ensure digit accessibility and products that meetcustomers’ needs.

  • Role Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in strategic planning & digital integration.

  • You will need to contribute to a culture of innovation in human centered designs, be innovative and a generator of new ideas, and bring a data and insight driven approach to user experience solutions.

  • Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Adobe,Sketch or other tools for wireframeand user interface development

  • Able to show proficiency with a range of digital application designs and use cases

  • Analytical skills for customer journey design, mapping and optimization

  • Ability to translate user and business requirements to fast prototypes and concepts

  • Proficiencyin building UI design systems and ensuring standardization and consistency

  • Experience with UX and productmethodologies/processes for application and web development

  • Understanding of payments, cross border, lending and wallet digital products a plus 

  • You will need 5+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Familiarity with web and multimedia technologies (e.g., Flash, HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax, video compression, etc.…)

  • Using your exceptional communication skills, you will build a close connection and collaboration with content planners, developers, business units and stakeholders to create an integrated end-to-end experience.
