Responsibilities
Support Central FP&A lead in the preparation and consolidation of the University's annual budget, forecast and long-term projections.
Operationalised the annual budget loading, restatement and reporting
Review budget projections and proposed methodology
Collaborate and provide business partnering with Faculties, Departments and Other Units
Explain complex financial data clearly
Support and operationalise the tracking and reporting of university-funded projects
Identify and implement improvements to existing FP&A processes and tools
Provide financial summaries, reports, and strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability as needed.
Qualifications
Degree majoring in Accounting/Finance
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis (experience in higher education is a plus).
Strong financial and analytical skills, meticulous, resourceful, innovative, driven and self-motivated
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisation skills, positive work attitude and adaptable to changes
Able to deal with stress and work under tight deadlines
Hands-on and proficient in the use of Excel with working knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana (FM & FI) modules is a plus, Jedox or any analytical or visualisation tool will be an advantage.
The position is only open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
