Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a hands-on HR Business Partner role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, innovative environments — especially within the crypto and blockchain space.

In this role, you’ll help bring that to life by driving business partnering, building modern HR frameworks, and delivering practical solutions that scale with our growth.
You’ll work closely with leadership and functional heads across emerging and existing business units to design, implement, and execute new-age HR initiatives that support our evolving needs — with a strong focus on agility, culture, and talent readiness.
Main responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering & Generalist Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to designated teams or business units, supporting workforce planning, team design, and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, assess gaps, and implement people strategies to support business priorities.
Facilitate performance cycles, talent calibrations, and succession planning.
Be the HR contact for assigned teams or business units, providing guidance across hiring, onboarding, performance, and development.
Provide day-to-day guidance on HR matters such as employee relations and policy interpretation.
Compensation (Supporting Scope)
Contribute to compensation inputs such as benchmarking, hiring, and promotion decisions.
Coordinate with internal C&B and payroll resources to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Ensure fair pay practices across markets and functions, with a sensitivity to crypto-influenced structures where applicable.
HR Program Design & Execution
Partner with the Head of HR co-develop HR programs aligned with our evolving organizational model.
Collaborate cross-functionally between the business and corporate functions to implement people strategies that aligns with business outcomes
Requirements:
5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or generalist roles.
Prior experience working in or supporting crypto, blockchain, or Web3 companies is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to design and implement modern, employee-first HR practices in lean or startup environments.
Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and cultural contexts.
Analytical, structured, and tech-savvy — able to build from zero and iterate.
Confident communicator and relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels.
