(What the role is)
The Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster of NParks, safeguards the health and welfare of animals through comprehensive and integrated programmes.
AVS works closely with partners in the veterinary and animal-related industries to strengthen capacities and enhance competencies in animal health and welfare.
It is the main touch-point on animal and veterinary matters in Singapore and the First Responder for all animal-related feedback.
It also conducts public education and engagement programmes to foster a humane and gracious society for all, where pet owners, communities, and animals co-exist in greater harmony within our biophilic City in Nature.

You will be part of the team to manage engagement efforts and operations at The Animal Lodge (TAL).
As part of your daily work, you will be assisting with the following:

o Engaging and/or managing TAL stakeholders (eg.
tenants, volunteers)
o To serve as the key liaison between the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) and animal welfare volunteers, ensuring smooth coordination of site visits, timely health updates of animals, and effective communication to support community animal management efforts.
o Coordinating with contractors
o Addressing public feedback
o Working with other branches within AVS
(What we are looking for)
• Area of studies in Life Sciences, Biology, Zoology, or other related animal-science disciplines
