We are strengthening our presence across Asia and seeking a Managing Partner (Principal Partner) to establish and scale our Singapore hub.

This is a pivotal, growth-defining mandate for a seasoned rainmaker who wants to build something consequential, backed by Keller’s brand, global relationships, and delivery infrastructure.

The Opportunity

You will establish and lead Keller’s Singapore practice, act as our senior market face in Asia, and help shape our regional strategy with Keller’s Managing Directors and executive team.

Beyond your own book, you’ll be encouraged to recruit and develop a high-performing team, mentor and oversee additional partners we bring into the region and elevate operations to enterprise-grade standards.

(To clarify: This position is within Keller and not with one of its clients)

Responsibilities

  • Build & lead the practice: Set the commercial plan for Singapore and priority Asian markets; own P&L performance.

  • Originate at the top table: Win and grow senior-level and C-suite mandates with enterprise and growth clients.

  • Deliver with excellence: Run end-to-end executive searches to Keller-quality—strategy, assessment, and offer close.

  • Recruit & develop talent: Hire researchers/consultants; coach partners and team members to consistent billings.

  • Scale operations: Uplevel processes, SLAs, and reporting; drive continuous improvement across the practice.

  • Collaborate globally: Leverage Keller’s international network, research tools, and marketing engine for cross-border success.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record: 5+ years in executive search or senior recruitment with a strong, recent billing track record.

  • Senior network: Established relationships with decision-makers; credible boardroom presence.

  • Builder’s mindset: Comfortable operating on a commission basis while growing a franchise-calibre practice.

  • Leadership & ops: Experience hiring, coaching, and improving delivery operations at pace.

  • Integrity & judgment: Trusted advisor who balances commercial drive with client-first quality.
