Manpower Operations Officer
We are seeking a dedicated
Manpower Operations Officer
to support the Head of Manpower in strategic planning and operational excellence.
This role plays a key part in managing essential personnel administration functions, driving process improvements, and ensuring the efficient delivery of manpower services to support officers' career development and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end personnel administration processes, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exit procedures.
Manage awards and welfare administration, ensuring timely processing.
Process applications for sponsorship and various entitlements (e.g., allowances, medals).
Organize ceremonies and events, including procurement and logistics support.
Serve as the primary contact for administrative matters, handling daily staff inquiries, and following up on feedback from dialogue sessions and surveys.
Develop knowledge management guides and contribute to organizational reviews and restructuring exercises.
Maintain comprehensive personnel records, manage the distribution of official documents, and maintain contact directories.
Handle disciplinary cases, manage compliance systems, and conduct quarterly organization-wide assessments, including risk management activities.
Manage officer deployment and review manning distribution based on capabilities, developing redeployment strategies for various operational scenarios.
Plan staffing for major events and operations while supporting concurrent operational demands.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
Diploma
or equivalent.
Valid
Class 3 or 3A driving licence
is essential.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work outside normal office hours during critical operations or national events.
Advantageous Skills
Advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel .
Familiarity with the design and use of
FormSG .

Salary:
Up to
S$5,000
per month
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
