This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative workforce planning initiatives and drive system innovation across a complex, multi-institutional environment.
Your new roleAs the Manpower Planning & Analytics Manager, you will lead the rollout of a new workforce planning and budgeting platform, overseeing its design, configuration, and integration with existing HR systems.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the solution aligns with operational needs.
You’ll also be responsible for developing analytics models to support workforce forecasting and budget simulations.
This includes partnering with internal stakeholders to harmonize data, refine planning parameters, and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Post-implementation, you’ll maintain the system and continue driving enhancements through automation and digitalization projects.
What you'll need to succeedYou bring a strong foundation in HR systems and workforce analytics, with proven experience managing complex projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, IT, Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in HR systems development or integrationFamiliarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Anaplan (Level 2 Model Builder certification preferred)Project management expertise; PMP certification is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindsetProficiency in Excel; experience with Power Automate is an advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
