As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be leading an engineering team to develop, test, and deliver advanced manufacturing systems, focusing on product/process specifications, cost, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers of different seniorities and experience level.
Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Interfaces with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and/or new products.
Launches, releases, approves and implements or issues engineering change requests as required to support design engineering and Operations with new and existing products.
Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
Managing projects and programs in area of responsibility, and ensures that necessary preliminary activities.
Evaluates work methods, procedures and policies.
Participates in the development and maintenance of new and existing business processes; updates as necessary to ensure current practices are documented.
Performs Process Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis when working with New Product Development.
Requirements:
Master/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering with years of relevant manufacturing experiences
At least 3 years of supervisory experiences managing a team of engineers
Industry experiences in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor are highly preferred
Problem-solving and quality-minded personality
Ability to work with deadlines and different levels of stakeholders
