Description:
- Set up, validate, and diagnose test machines; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of test equipment, ensuring thorough documentation of all activities
- Support software verification and validation processes
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports
- Drive process improvement initiatives, including process streamlining and documentation development/updates
- Collect and analyze data for trial runs, process optimization, and product improvements
- Conduct training sessions on test methodologies and procedures
- Manage procurement, adjustments, and shipments in support of global sites
- Maintain inventory and lab organization, ensuring compliance with 5S and EHS standards
- Provide operational support for gas phase coating processes
- Perform other/ ad hoc topic assigned
Requirement:
- Experienced in medical manufacturing processes, with familiarity in industry standards and practices
- Possess basic knowledge of electrical and electronic (E&E) systems, with the ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams
- Skilled in basic soldering techniques and troubleshooting of electronic components
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and data analysis
