Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and driven Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications to lead mall-wide campaigns, events, loyalty programs, and manage advertising/event spaces.
This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to elevate the shopper experience and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute mall-wide marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with agencies on visuals, media, and messaging.
- Track budgets, timelines, and campaign KPIs.
Advertising & Event Space Management
- Market and manage mall advertising/event spaces.
- Handle bookings, approvals, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Track space performance and revenue.
Events & Activations
- Organise seasonal events and shopper activations.
- Manage logistics, setup, and partner collaborations.
Loyalty Programme & E-Vouchers
- Lead loyalty programme strategies and campaigns.
- Analyse member data and enhance user experience.
- Oversee e-voucher design, issuance, and redemptions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with tenants for joint promotions and marketing support.
- Liaise with media, agencies, and vendors to deliver strong campaigns.
Reporting & Admin
- Track A&P budgets, shopper engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Provide post-campaign analysis and shopper insights.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 5+ years in retail marketing, promotions, or events (mall experience preferred).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge in CRM, CMS, loyalty tools.
- Basic design skills (Photoshop or similar) a plus.
- Creative, organised, and data-driven.
- Willing to work weekends/public holidays when needed.
