We are looking for a passionate and creative Manager/Senior Manager, Marketing Communications (Marcomms) to join our dynamic team.
You must be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to lead impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence.
You will be overseeing the full spectrum of marketing communications strategies and initiatives.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies across all channels (online and offline)
- Manage the company's brand image, voice and consistency across all touchpoints
- Curate engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing collaterals
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners including media, agencies, and vendors
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new tools to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications
- Possess strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and brand communications
- Good eye for design and experience working with creative teams or software is an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player with excellent communication and project management skills
- Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice
