Job Description:
>
>- Attend onboard for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification.
>- Manage field activities and schedule.
>- Resolve malfunctions.
>- Oversee repairs and technical improvements.
>- Install new systems and technology.
>- Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.
>- Supervise and direct technicians/engineers onsite.
>- Make service reports with details of job progress, working/traveling time, technical advice, and recommendations if any.
>- Report and share job progress with the superior.
>- Provide technical support and training for customers, service agents, and internal teams.
>- Arrange necessary parts and drawings and send them to agents.
>- Maintain tools in good condition for safety and high-quality service.
>- Create manuals/support documents to share experiences with other engineers.
>- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
>- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
>- Review maintenance lists and service reports for sales support.
>- Cover all Technician responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
>
>- Minimum diploma in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant.
>- Minimum 4 years of experience in vessel main engine automation systems or related field.
>- Proficiency in relevant engineering principles, handson experience with equipment or systems, and good knowledge of electrical systems.
>- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
>- Ability to stay updated with the latest industry advancements and technology.
