Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and execute business development opportunities across regional markets, including strategic partnerships and market entry planning.
- Lead cross-border marketing operations and campaigns to build brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including investor relations and media strategy, to support growth.
- Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional expansion.
- Plan and lead employer branding and engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent across international offices.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- 8 years of experience in the relevant field with minimally 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Possesses minimally a bachelor’s degree in the related field.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, as communicating with Chinese stakeholders are required.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate with different stakeholders from internal and external.
- Demonstrate strong crisis management skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, self-motivated, initiative taker and ability to work independently.
- Have a growth mindset and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
