We are looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join Pachamama Productions , a Latin-music-driven events collective in Singapore.
This is a creative, hands-on role where you will support both social media marketing and event execution .
You will help us promote our events online by creating and running ads, capturing content, filming and editing reels, and keeping our community engaged.
You will also play a key role during our events by assisting with set-up, decoration, and brand activations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves music and social media and who wants to gain valuable experience in event production and community building .
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Film and post live stories and reels during events.
- Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Assist with event preparation, decoration, and setup.
- Be on-site during events (usually once a month, on weekends) to support brand activations and capture content.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and online trends.
- Creative, proactive, and reliable.
- Passionate about events and music.
- (Bonus) Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
