With a growing customer base, we are seeking an enthusiastic Intern who can contribute to our success by supporting social media content creation and assisting with daily operations such as order fulfilment, inventory organisation, and customer service.
This internship provides hands-on experience in both fashion marketing and e-commerce operations, offering exposure to the fast-paced world of fashion retail.
Responsibilities
1.
Social Media Content Support
- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Be comfortable to appear onscreen & participate in livestreams/filming of social media content.
- Help schedule social media posts and maintain consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and trend-based content.
- Support with basic video/photo editing and design tasks where needed.
- Research emerging fashion trends and share insights with the marketing team.

Operations, Order Fulfilment & Customer Service
- Assist in packing and preparing customer orders , ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Support inventory organisation, stock checks, and order tracking .
- Provide customer service support by handling basic inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Help maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and product movement.
- Provide support to the team with general administrative and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fashion, social media, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with a team-player mindset.
