Overview
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Intern to support our business development team in expanding market presence and client engagement.
This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in sales strategy, customer interaction, and business development within the logistics and fleet management industry.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning, has strong communication skills, and is eager to build a career in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Participate in client meetings (where applicable) and take minutes/notes for follow-up actions.
- Help manage and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support sales strategies.
- Assist in coordinating sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including report generation and documentation.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and the logistics industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in interacting with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
