ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page and technical SEO.
- Monitor website performance using tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
- Assist with link-building strategies and partnerships to strengthen online authority.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics with recommendations for improvement.
LinkedIn Management Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and executives’ profiles (if required) to strengthen brand image.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts (updates, thought leadership, industry news).
- Monitor engagement (comments, messages, shares) and respond professionally to grow network reach.
- Research LinkedIn trends and competitor activities to optimize posting strategies.
- Assist with LinkedIn Ads campaigns (if applicable) to support targeted outreach and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content creation (graphics, case studies, videos) tailored for LinkedIn.
General Marketing Support
- Maintain content calendars for SEO and LinkedIn.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations for management.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO and/or digital marketing (LinkedIn B2B marketing experience is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently under remote supervision.
- Proactive learner with strong organizational and communication skills.
