Role Overview:
As a Marketing Assistant/Officer at Macro Events, you will play a key role in supporting our brand presence and contributing to business growth.
You will assist in managing marketing assets, enhancing our digital footprint, and supporting business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include various project-related tasks to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Organise and maintain project photos and videos for marketing purposes
Assist in creating and updating sales and marketing decks to reflect current offerings and company updates
Support the maintenance of the company website to ensure accurate and engaging content
Help maintain the reference library database for marketing and sales activities
Develop and track social media posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Assist in preparing proposals for tenders and client inquiries
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
Suitable candidate with more experience may be considered for the role of Marketing Officer.
Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong creative skills for developing engaging content and marketing materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
