We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives, help build brand awareness, and drive business growth.
Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations.
You will assist in digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, events coordination, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Support
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing activities.
- Content Creation
Create and schedule engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the company website.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, posters, videos).
- Social Media Management
Maintain and grow company presence across social media platforms.
Track engagement metrics and generate performance reports.
- Events & Partnerships
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and partnership activities.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Market Research & Analytics
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
Prepare marketing performance reports and dashboards.
- Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks
Support the marketing team with administrative duties such as budget tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
- Strong communication and copywriting skills in English.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
