Job description

Location: Raffles Place
Salary: $2,500 – $4,000/month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm
Duration: 6 months (Maternity Cover)

About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll gain valuable exposure driving marketing campaigns, corporate events, and strategic partnerships.

This maternity cover role offers the perfect opportunity to build strong business development experience in a unique heritage and lifestyle destination.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Project Management (50%)

  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (promotions, social media, public relations, events).

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaign success.

  • Liaise with public relations agencies, event planners, and creative vendors for seamless execution.

  • Draft design briefs and coordinate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency.

Business Development & Event Management (40%)

  • Develop proposals and event decks to promote venue spaces for corporate clients
  • Manage client enquiries and tailor event packages to client needs.

Content Creation & Social Media (10%)

  • Develop content calendars and manage social platforms, ensuring brand alignment.

  • Craft compelling copy, visuals, and posts to drive engagement.

  • Track performance metrics to optimise content strategies.

  • Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
