Responsibilities include:
- Support in planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns and marketing activities (includes both online and offline) for new customers acquisition for iShopChangi WeChat miniprogramme and webstore to attain sales, conversion and engagement KPIs
- Support and execute content strategy for the website, eDMs and other marketing communication
- Manage site content and marketing collaterals across various touchpoints
- Work with external creative agencies to develop and manage all marketing collaterals and assists in copywriting and proofreading of materials
- Work with appointed agencies and 3rd party vendors to achieve campaign objectives
- Work closely with business development team to incorporate marketing initiative and strategy for product launch and promotions
- Work closely and relevant stakeholders/tenants to ensure communication material comply with brand standard and guidelines
- Support campaign sales and post-mortem report with analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, derive key insights for business growth
- Monitor and track competitor activities and propose counter competitors' strategies or activity
- Support all other marketing initiatives and/or adhoc key projects
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
