Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Border Coordination
- Collaborate closely with our Hangzhou team (Shopee operations & content) to align local execution with the Singapore market strategy.
- E-Commerce Operations
- Manage our Shopee Singapore store and support Shopify/TikTok Shop activities, including campaign setup, product listing optimization, and sales monitoring.
- Social Media & Content
- Localize and manage Instagram/TikTok content to increase brand engagement through creative storytelling, reels, and influencer collaborations.
- Channel Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, yoga studios, cafés, supermarkets, and other offline partners.
- Event & Activation
- Plan and execute pop-up stores, product sampling, exhibitions, and promotional events to drive brand awareness.
- Market Insights
- Gather consumer feedback and track market trends to support overall marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or event management (preferred).
- Strong understanding of both online (Shopee, TikTok, Instagram) and offline marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin or Korean is a plus).
- Independent, proactive, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced startup environment.
