About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Marketing and Commercial intern to join our department to contribute creative ideas and support the marketing and commercial objectives of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the development and implementation of marketing strategies as well as driving category growth in both offline and online channels.

You will be working closely with the team throughout all phases of marketing campaigns and commercial activities.

This internship offers the opportunity to acquire marketing, commercial and analytical skills and gain exposure to business strategies across physical and digital channels.

Ultimately, you will develop a broad range of experience in marketing, commercial and e-commerce and be well-equipped to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

What you'll be doing

Public Relations & Commitment Support

  • Media monitoring and reports - collate and submit internal and external reports.


    Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaign.
    Compilation of media clippings from various social media platforms on a weekly basis.
    Produce marketing report for earned media and paid media on social media platforms on a weekly basis.


  • Support public relations events execution - media launches, previews, media press kits, influencers briefs.

  • Support of all commitment execution and campaigns.

    (e.g. Plastic, with bottle / RRR etc.).

  • Support collaboration with third party media.

  • Assist with ad-hoc media and sponsorship requests.

Brand Support

  • Assist in planning and executing store-related promotional activities such as new store openings and in-store activations.

  • Assist and coordinate above & below-the-line marketing efforts, events, and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with Landlord & third parties for all promotional activities online and offline.

Digital Support

  • Assist in digital activations on online platforms.

    E.g. Social media.

  • Support social media platforms and monitor campaigns to drive awareness to contribute to relevancy, acquisition, and reach (boosted / paid media).

  • Maintain and update content on all digital media sites (Website and Marketplace).

  • Assist in creation of digital creative assets required by marketing team.

Category Management

  • Maintain and review productive stock assortment across In-store and E-commerce marketplaces.

  • Conduct retail price reviews and competitor benchmarking to support market competitiveness.

  • Track and analyze product performance across both physical and online channels.

Commercial Activities

  • Provide administrative support in managing commercial related activities.

  • Set up and calibrate promotions in system to ensure accurate reflection of criteria for In-store Promotions, LYBC program, 3rd Party Sales, and ad-hoc activations.

  • Support store-based promotional activities in partnership with external organizations (banks, MOE, healthcare, etc.).

  • Support corporate sales opportunities, leads, and product registration/clearance processes with government agencies for launch readiness.

  • Provide first-line support with store & E-commerce queries related to promotion, procedures and customer enquiries.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Update and manage commercial reports, templates, and dashboards for management review and presentations.

  • Manage and maintain raw data to analyze category and promotional performance through regular reviews.

  • Track and evaluate effectiveness of in-store and marketplace promotions.

  • Monitor and document competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to support market intelligence.

  • Extract and analyze data from back-office systems to support reporting, pricing updates (RRP loading), and business insights.

Administration Support

  • Assist the team in all logistical and administrative support for campaign activities.

  • Coordinate landlord; suppliers; third parties; and all promotional activities and inform stores accordingly.

  • Assist the team in all logistical and administrative support for campaign activities

    Submission of SRF forms
    PO tracking
    Tracking of GWP SOH at store level


What we're looking for

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.

  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.

  • Enthusiastic about retail and consumer products.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).

  • Familiar with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. Google analytics).

  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
