We are partnering with a leading property group to hire a Marketing Communications Manager (Revenue) who will drive commercial growth across a portfolio of retail and commercial properties .
This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals from events, activations, or brand marketing agencies with strong sales and operations experience, seeking to transition into a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in maximizing revenue from atrium leasing, advertising assets, sponsorships, and events , achieving annual targets through strategic sales planning and client relationship management.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of advertisers, exhibitors, and brand partners aligned with each property's positioning.
- Oversee booking schedules and asset utilization to ensure maximum occupancy and efficiency.
- Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and reports to identify opportunities and bridge revenue gaps.
- Ensure all agreements, correspondences, and processes adhere to company SOPs and governance standards.
- Motivate and guide a small team to achieve excellence in execution and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and loyalty initiatives to drive engagement and footfall.
- Represent the organization professionally in all external engagements.
Requirements
- Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration , or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience — ideally in mall marketing communications, sales operations, or from events/activation agencies handling sales and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong partnerships.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; able to manage budgets, reports, and ROI evaluations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Proven leadership capabilities to mentor and develop junior team members.
