As part of the Corporate Communications & External Relations team, you will work closely with the Assistant Director and key stakeholders to drive the school's content, digital presence, and marketing communications efforts.
This includes managing the website, relevant social media platforms, and developing new content initiatives aligned with the school's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop on-brand content for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), based on assigned themes
- Maintain and manage a master content calendar in coordination with various departments
- Track and report performance of social media content and newsletters; provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Liaise with the Corporate Communications Office (CCO) for media requests, thought leadership coverage, and NBS-related mentions
- Generate monthly sentiment and competitive media reports using media monitoring tools
- Maintain the school's website and key corporate decks, ensuring updated and relevant content
- Support exploration and development of short-form video content (e.g. TikTok)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and timely vetting of communications
- Provide on-the-ground support for major school events and activations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organisation and efficiency
- Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes or initiate new projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Dip/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Arts & Social Sciences, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in content development, digital communications, or marketing
- Proven experience with website management, digital and social media strategy
- Strong content creation skills, with a keen eye for design and brand consistency
- Proficient in platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
