Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.
Create and manage content across digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, events, and newsletters etc.
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Support media relations by preparing press releases, engaging with media contacts, and monitoring publicity coverage.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives.
Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
Positive, proactive, and cheerful attitude; self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
Proficient in reviewing content for the Chinese market.
