Marketing & Communications (HR Branding) / Govt Agencies

Location: Maxwell

Working Hours: Mon-Thu(830am-6pm), Fri(830am-530pm)

Salary: $14-20 per hours (Depending on Experience)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Job Scope:

  • Develop and execute HR communication strategies that align with our branding objectives for both internal engagement and external talent attraction
  • Create digital content including posters, infographics, videos, and multimedia materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and enhance our brand presence
  • Design and implement targeted communication campaigns for recruitment, internships, scholarships, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Research and leverage cutting-edge digital communication tools and platforms to maximise outreach effectiveness and audience engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign and optimise HR internal communication platforms for better user experience and brand consistency
  • Develop HR marketing collaterals that support our talent acquisition goals and reinforce our brand messaging across all touchpoints
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and provide insights to continuously improve our branding and outreach strategies

Requirements:

  • Background in Mass Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.

  • Skilled in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and managing social media platforms.

  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
