Purpose of the job
As Collinson International's Marketing Communications Intern APAC, you will be an integral member of a high-performing and creative marketing team.
You will play a key role in ensuring that the Collinson International brand is a brand of choice for our clients, prospects and partners.
This role will support the delivery of an integrated marketing and communications programme in APAC that speaks to a B2B(2C) audience primarily within the financial services and travel sectors.
You'll work with our regional and global marketing teams, regional functional teams as well as our PR agencies and third-party associations to support the delivery of a calendar of marketing and communication activities that will help to:
Grow and protect existing accounts and acquire new business
Increase brand awareness for Collinson International and Priority Pass in APAC
Elevate our brand within the region
Build a distinctive brand that enables us to differentiate and have a competitive advantage
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of APAC's content marketing programme
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and amplify quality content such as thought leadership articles, infographics and research reports
Execute timely and effective marketing communication activities
Support the delivery of regional PR strategy
Day to day liaison with regional PR agencies
Draft and edit press releases; leverage newswire service to distribute relevant media materials in select markets
Extract data insights to support PR announcements and initiatives
Support in the development of content partnerships with select media titles
Assist in event management in-region
Research key industry events and keep database updated
Support in the planning of Collinson International-hosted events, including researching for venues and experiences for guests, and supporting in the preparation of event logistics
Develop a strong working relationship with event organisers and suppliers
Support team in coordination and event set-up, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event
Support the team on Partnerships marketing
Support on reporting and performance
Develop strong and collaborative relationships with global and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and to champion the needs and nuances of the APAC region.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
Undergraduate studying Business or Marketing, available for internship with plan to complete University afterwards.
Excellent written and spoken English
Has experience in supporting the execution of successful omni-channel content marketing campaigns
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates the ability to adapt to a changing business environment and shifting priorities
Able to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
Creative thinker with attention to detail
Excellent project management skills
Enjoys collaborating with multiple teams across the business and building strong stakeholder relations at all levels of the organisation
