Job Title: Community Engagement Executive

Work Location: Capital Tower, with flexibility to work at other company buildings
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to S$5000 (commensurate with relevant experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Community Engagement Executive to join our team and help foster a vibrant sense of community within Workspace properties.
You will play a key role in curating and delivering engaging programmes and campaigns that support tenant attraction and retention, both online and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regular programming to enhance community vibrancy at Workspace properties, including events, campaigns, and retail promotions.
- Collaborate with tenants, external partners, and government agencies to source and co-create programmes that drive engagement.
- Develop compelling communications content across various platforms such as eDMs, websites, social media, and the app to promote community initiatives.
- Manage publicity efforts to raise awareness and encourage tenant participation via digital displays, social media, and other channels.
- Monitor and respond to tenant feedback and queries related to community programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, programme partners, and stakeholders to ensure support and active participation in community efforts.
- Identify and support business opportunities and collaborations within the tenant community to highlight their products, services, and thought leadership.
- Collect, analyze, and report on programme feedback and performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Track and manage budgets and expenditures related to community engagement programmes.
- Support key Workspace events and campaigns, including milestone celebrations and groundbreaking activities.
- Assist other Workspace departments with marketing and communication efforts such as collateral development and editorial content.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing communications, event management, or community engagement roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing and event coordination.
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful with a strong network of relevant contacts.
