Work collaboratively with various departments in (a) supporting creative content/layout and design skills to create aesthetic company images for advertising, in-store and digital marketing materials; (b) developing store design and facade in keeping with brand guidelines.
Job Descriptions
Marcom Co-ordination
- Maintain, update and archive proper records of all graphics related documents such as Store and Company Brand Guidelines, etc.
- Review and develop new / existing store visual (local and oversea franchises) to be in line with our brand guidelines
- Coordinate with various departments for the preparation and development of all related materials according to planned timelines
- Liaise with external suppliers for the printing production and press check
- Liaise with external contractors for retail store branding maintenance
- Coordinate projects and make sure all work maintains the level of quality of Pet Lovers Centre
- Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned related to your role
Team Management
- Review existing artwork including promotional and printed display materials and lead junior
- designer in reproduction
- Oversee junior designer and marketing admin in promotion visual production
- Oversee marketing admin in printing and delivering POSM materials to store in a timely manner
Design Work
- Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts for all marketing campaigns for in-store and traditional media in line with brand guidelines such as large format posters, signages, wall panels and brochures
- Determine the size, colors, images, text style, layout and the arrangement of the illustrative
- materials
- Contribute new ideas and product concepts to meet current retail market needs
- Produce and create visual content for marketing and promotional materials on both online and offline platforms such as website banners, EDMs, and social media posts
- Design and develop product contents and update website when required
- Produce photos of products and editing of photography in Adobe Photoshop when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design/ Media Design/ Art/ Creative
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum 2 years of managing a team of junior designers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of retail advertising, digital, production and media concepts.
- Creative and innovative with an excellent visual and design sense.
- Experienced in working with design contractors
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (Work with mandarin speaking clients/customers).
- Result-oriented, organised, meticulous with problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently under tight schedule.
- Team player and is able to work well with employees at all levels.
- Ability to excel multi-tasks and deliver timely in a fast-paced environment.
