Marketing Executive (6 months contract)

Job Purpose
The role supports the overall Singapore IMC & RARE Portfolio team to provide marketing excellence through execution of project and event initiatives with scope of project planning, promotion developments and analytical reporting.
Key deliverables include outputs from key project launches (IMC and RARE) that translate brand awareness into long-term brand sustainability and commercial sales returns.
The executive will translate data into actionable insights with clear recommendations to drive sell-out at POS and will lead the execution of events for On/Off Trade as well as the RARE portfolio.
Key Responsibilities And Activities
Trade Marketing (40%)
Support outlet activations and sponsorship events by developing checklists, checking inventories and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and proper execution.
Coordinate with appointed agencies to support planned events/promotions and provide brand materials to bring activations to life.
Manage POSM on channel deployment needs, track inventory levels for replenishment, and initiate new items for Brand GWP’s.
Generate monthly reports for the Monthly Business Update.
Maintain and update tasting stock requirements and inventory control.
Follow up with vendors/agencies for renderings/quotations/installation timelines and tracking delivery numbers.
Raise Purchase Orders via SAP and perform GR on invoices to maintain accounting hygiene (including new vendor creations).
Ensure proposed On and Off Premise activations meet Brand & Customer Strategic Objectives.
RARE Portfolio Marketing (60%)
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless execution of RARE events, delivering bespoke tasting experiences and luxury hospitality for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Maintain accurate RARE client CRM records and ensure data integrity.
Assist in overseeing the RARE marketing budget with emphasis on cost control and optimizing ROI.
Assist in brand development of the RARE opulent range with category managers, mapping global guidance to local region activations.
Raise PO’s via SAP and perform GR on invoices (including new vendor creations).
Process commercial orders and manage inventory control.
Handle other ad hoc brand, sales, and marketing requirements.

General Manager, CCM Manager, RARE Portfolio Manager, Regional Brand team, Regional CCM team

Distributors, partners and RARE Private Clients
Experience Required
Experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing essential (5+ years)
Experience in On Premise channel is a plus
Tertiary Education with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject is essential
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and demonstrate influencing skills
Liquor industry experience highly regarded
Experience managing large cross-functional commercial projects is desirable
Skills
Analytical skills to translate industry, channel, customer, category and brand information into actionable insights for Marketing and Sales functions
Commercial acumen with understanding of Campari’s P&L, customer profitability, and ability to apply financial modelling and ROI estimates
Superior communication skills to translate insights into compelling internal and external presentations
Project management to coordinate and manage complex timelines
