Job Scope / Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels) to showcase projects.
• Source for and coordinate with various photographers/videographers for project shoots.
• Handle digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads with SEO, SEM, and the ability to discern keywords with data across different funnels.
• Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and collaborations.
• Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
• Support sales team with marketing materials and proposals.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of social media management and digital advertising.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop).
Working Hours
• 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri, Sat half day)
• 9.30am - 6pm, differs if client shoots end at night.
• Office-based with occasional site visits/shoots
