We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the marketing needs of two lifestyle brands under The Florté Group — a floral studio, event space and a café.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 year of marketing experience who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a brand that values quality, storytelling, and meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content
Manage IG, TikTok, Facebook, and 小红书 accounts.
Maintain a content calendar, updated weekly for Director approval.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance across all platforms, PR outcomes, and events.
Provide recommendations for campaign/content improvements.
Partnerships & Merchandising
Research and propose small brands, lifestyle brands, and artisan vendors for Maison Garden's retail displays.
Support execution of retail activations tied to merchandising.
Event Marketing & Outreach
Execute teasers, countdowns, and event coverage (live social, BTS).
Support charity/community events with content and outreach.
小红书 Execution
Post regular content Min 3times a week (space, workshops, floral features, F&B).
Build relationships with 小红书 community users.
Manage paid ads campaigns (IG & FB)
Lead SEO content & SEM ads with IT support team
