We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team and assist with managing our growing F&B brands.
This role will oversee multiple social media platforms, execute marketing campaigns, and support brand growth through content, events, PR, and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, 小红书)
- Draft engaging posts, reels, and captions in English and Mandarin where relevant
- Oversee community engagement: respond to comments and DMs
- Maintain a weekly content calendar for approval and scheduling
- Track and analyze social media performance across platforms, consolidating weekly/monthly reports
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign and content improvements
- Run CRM and newsletters to engage customers
- Liaise and reach out to influencers, media, and KOLs for collaborations and coverage
- Write and distribute press releases and media kits
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners on collaborations
- Assist in planning and executing events and activations
- Support logistics and marketing efforts for brand collaborations
- Design marketing collateral, content and menus
- Lead SEO and SEM campaigns
- Manage and update brand websites, google listing, reservation platforms
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, PR or design
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Instagram/TikTok tools, and Canva
- Strong copywriting skills in both marketing and PR writing
- Highly organized, proactive, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple timelines across brands
- Positive attitude with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding
Bonus Points
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience in photography, video editing, or short-form content creation
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms
- Passion for the F&B industry and dining culture
