Design, execute and steer marketing campaigns across in-store, digital / social media and other channels.
Collaborate with designers to produce marketing and visual assets for social media, digital and other in-store promotional, VM and brand enhancement materials, in order to drive marketing and sales objectives.
Manage and create content for social media accounts (IG, TT & FB) as well as other outreach tools, including WhatsApp Business, EDMs etc.
Coordinate with relevant teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, key product launches, events and pop-ups.Support the conceptualisation and execution of brand activation events.
Strengthen customer engagement initiatives, as well as loyalty and membership programmes, develop initiatives and activities to build better relationships withcustomers.
Support the Buyer with merchandise recommendations and related tasks -- applying consumer, market and trend insights -- to shape product assortments and curate selections for key sales events / launches.
Requirements:
A relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or Business, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Able to multi-task, work cohesively as a team, andmeet deadlines and goals.
Able to develop strategic approaches that focus on delivering key results and impact.
Competency in photo and video editing software / apps for social media.
Experience in graphic design and/or product photography is highly desirable.
