Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive with a strong focus on social media content creation to raise awareness of ECF’s work, engage stakeholders, and amplify fundraising and community-building efforts.
This role will create compelling digital stories and campaigns that highlight the impact of our initiatives, aligning with both the charity’s mission and the Group’s brand voice.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Storytelling
- Conceptualise, plan, and produce engaging social media content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) tailored for ECF’s audiences across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Capture and curate stories from ECF programmes, community events, volunteers, and beneficiaries in an empathetic and respectful manner.
- Draft copy that is clear, creative, and aligned with EtonHouse and ECF brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management
- Manage ECF’s social media accounts, ensuring regular posting, timely responses, and active community engagement.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and provide insights to optimise content reach and impact.
- Leverage Group campaigns and collaborate with the EtonHouse Social Media Team to amplify charity-related initiatives.
- Support digital fundraising campaigns, awareness drives, and donor/partner engagement initiatives.
- Campaigns & Partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners to create collaborative content.
- Assist in building ECF’s online presence as a trusted partner in the social impact and education ecosystem.
- Coordination & Alignment
- Report to the CEO of ECF while maintaining close collaboration with the Group CMO and marketing colleagues.
- Ensure content reflects ECF’s IPC charity obligations, maintaining accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
- Uphold brand voice consistency across all platforms while tailoring content for audience relevance.
Qualifications
- At least a Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, ideally in the non-profit or education sector.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with sensitivity to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/video tools.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and analysing performance metrics.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for social impact, education, and community development.
