Key Responsibilities
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Assist in content creation for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help manage influencer/KOL collaborations and event activations.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing team.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with good writing and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player.
- Locals preferred.
