Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for Marketing Storage (Gift, Banners, Brochure) and Innovation Centre Room
- Assist in content creation/marketing collaterals (e.g., social media captions, short videos)
- Create visual assets like social media graphics or banners using tools like Canva
- Gather content for the monthly newsletter from stakeholders
- Follow up with internal teams on pending marketing actions
- Update and maintain customer database (LinkedIn, company websites, addresses)
- Document and track LinkedIn social media posts
- Assist in scheduling meetings, taking notes, and organizing marketing files and digital assets
- Handle daily marketing admin tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Canva experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
